remember to sign up for classes in advance, prosper for traffic and parking and remember to drive slowly on Almanac (and everywhere)

A few v. COOL things to note

40 | 20 will be back on the schedule starting Monday Sept 12th! Yeeew

Restorative will change back to 6pm beginning Sept 7th (I’m pondering making this 75 minutes? LMK your thoughts!)

And, lastly, I’m collaborating with chef Sarah Todd from Tenzo Kitchen and Evie Oconnor + offering the 5 day RESET the week of September 19th! Registration will OPEN in the next few days!
