These are big days, big times.
This week marks a big energetic shift for many of us. It’s the retiring of ancient patterns, astrologically speaking.
For me the pattern was: my emotional needs had to be “disciplined away” in order to feel valued and loved. I believed I had to be stoic, strong and oriented towards others emotional needs.
➡️Cue the job I landed in 😂
The blueprint of my life offered endless opportunities for me to prove my strength, over and over.
🌳Quick story: I once had a tree fall on me and pin me to the ground (I was 8 or 9). When I was finally freed, after they chainsawed me out, my first words were “I’m ok. It’s ok”. 💔My dad carried me inside - bloody back and scraped-up underbelly - and doted on me, but I couldn’t receive it, and tried to make him feel better (he was not the lumberjack who pinned me with the Maple tree - it was my brother and his bestie)
This is/was such the theme for my lifetime and aaaall my relationships - until I found recovery. Always needing to be ok in times where most crumble. I’m not bragging here, it was painful to carry.

For now, I’ll simply say, things are gonna change. It may be that I have to tell you all the times I was stoic when I needed to cry. It may also be that something else happens. Stay tuned 😎

I’m currently working with this version of myself a lot. She had a ton of clarity, a great sense of humor, and was sadly wise beyond her years. Love her in her pink frock.

“You are so unconditionally loved and supported by Creation that you can even choose to believe that you are not loved”
There is no doubt or debate about this. You are worthy, valuable, perfectly imperfect, just the way you are ✨

When you learn to attune to your nervous system, understand your core beliefs, and track your emotional patterns with accuracy, you become someone who can stay connected — even when you’re activated.
This is what I teach inside my 12-week Breakthrough Coaching Program.
If you want to develop emotional sobriety in a way that actually lasts, DM me SOBER.

are not a stagnant, set limit we put in place one time. Boundaries are an ever evolving, alive communication of wants and needs that change as we change - which is a constant process.
The health of our relationships is often indicated by the quality of our boundaries in the relationships.
When we set a healthy boundary, we are not saying that the other person must comply with our boundary. The other person has free will, and gets to decide whether to honor the boundary we establish or not.
Boundaries are not about controlling others; they are about honoring our own needs in the service of our emotional safety, so that we can stay connected in the relationship.
