Here are your skill stations! There are a total of 8. You'll have from 5pm-9pm to get as many as you can done. They are not mandatory but strongly suggested as your opponents will be taking advantage of the extra points!
-stations are pass/fail
-not mandatory
- (teams) only one person needs to complete, but both may to each earn points
-there are up to 4 levels, you may complete as many as you want but may only earn the points equal to the highest level completed
-once you fail a station that station is over
Heat Index (sandbag ladder):
-you must show control of the sandbag on the shoulder by putting one arm fully extended out to the side before dropping the sandbag
-to earn points all must complete the 6 and 5 rounds followed by:
Level 1: 4 reps @ 125/75
Level 2: 3 reps @ 150/100
Level 3: 2 reps @ 175/125
Level 4: 1 rep @ 200/150

Workout Flow
-the handstand walk/bear crawl distance will increase each round by 20'(HS) and 40'(BC), this will be measured in 5' increments
