Racing can come with a lot of self-imposed pressures for performance. The pressure to live up to or better past performances can be suffocating.
It can take the fun out of racing.

Tuning in, soaking up the vibe, the positive energy and connecting with why we do triathlon can truly help redirect our energy.

Focusing on the process, the steps we take during each leg of the race, rather than the outcome refocuses and releases our brains from spiraling.
