Greek Yogurt Protein Bowl
β 30g Protein
Ingredients:
β’ 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
β’ 1/4 cup protein granola
β’ 1/2 cup strawberries (sliced)
β’ 1/4 cup blueberries
β’ 1 tsp honey drizzle
β’ 1 tsp chia seeds
Quick Procedure:
1. Add Greek yogurt to a bowl.
2. Top with protein granola.
3. Add strawberries and blueberries.
4. Drizzle honey on top.

Eat high protein. Itβs that simple.
Try this easy high-protein meal prep bowl:
Ingredients:
200g grilled chicken breast
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup steamed broccoli
1 soft-boiled egg
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Quick Procedure:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic, then grill until fully cooked.
Steam the broccoli until tender.
Soft-boil the egg for 6β7 minutes.
Add rice to your bowl, then top with chicken, broccoli, and egg.
Drizzle with garlic + low-sodium soy sauce.
