🗣️ Let’s talk springs...
Ever wondered what all those spring changes actually mean? 🤔 We’ve got you!
✨ Every machine has 7 springs:
💛 5 Yellow
🩶 1 Grey
💙 1 Blue
The further the carriage moves away from the front of the machine, the more tension the springs create.
So what about:
➡️ 1 yellow?
➡️ 5 yellows?
➡️ 1 grey?
➡️ Different combinations?
Each spring setup changes the level of support or resistance to match the exercise and your goal. 💪
Your instructor will always explain what each spring change means and why you’re using it, so you can move with confidence. 🙌
