The seminar with Liu sifu is getting closer! We're excited to see sifu and to have a fantastic seminar weekend! Looking forward to our seminar here in the Boston area, but in case you are further away Liu sifu is also doing a seminar in Boulder. If you can go, it is definitely worth checking out! Feeding Crane is a fantastic system and Liu sifu is the standard bearer for it!
