Pool rental

Thanks for the interest in the pool. The pool is 9ft deep and has a large shallow area. The temp of the water is in the 90’s and air temp is 80’s. The concrete is heated around the pool and into the bathrooms/ showers. There are 2 bathrooms/changing areas. The pool is not chlorinated or salt, we use a Caribbean clear system that puts copper and silver into the water for sanitization. Its easy on your skin and eyes with no burning. We charge $50.00 for 1-6people, $75.00 for 7-14 $100 for 15-20. And 21-25 is 125$ per hr. We can not exceed 25 total in the building (swimmers and guests) due to insurance. Summer months are different because the building will be rolled off, and is then used as a pavilion with astroturf underneath. We have tables and chairs. Food and drinks are permitted we just ask that there is no glass or confetti . Alcohol is permitted in moderation to those that are of age (21). Floats and pool toys are available. We require a non refundable $50.00 deposit to hold the date and time you request. The remaining fee needs to be paid on arrival. There is no life guard on duty. Thanks again for reaching out. Summer pool party’s are in full swing with building being off there is lots of room for the bigger parties. We do have grills that can be rented for a cook out type party.
