Today we celebrated something special at Impact our very first Yoga class! ๐งโโ๏ธโจ
A huge thank you to our incredible instructor, Anjali Shah ANJALI SHAH for leading such a welcoming, energizing, and inspiring class. Whether it was someoneโs first time on a yoga mat or a return to a familiar practice, Anjali created an experience that challenged, encouraged, and connected everyone in the room.
Weโre grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make this first class a success. The positive energy, focus, and community spirit were exactly what Impact is all about.

200 workouts and still leveling up ๐ช
Jamie has been putting in the work consistently and the results speak for themselves. Down body fat, up muscle, and stronger than ever. Most importantly, she keeps showing up with a great attitude and pushes herself every session.
Proud of everything youโve accomplished so far Jamie. 200 is a huge milestone and weโre just getting started ๐ฅ
