As a small way to support those serving our community, The Forge is offering local first responders 3 FREE Salt Therapy sessions.

Our first responders are being exposed to incredible amounts of smoke, ash, dust, and debris. Dry salt therapy is used to support respiratory health by helping loosen and clear mucus and airborne irritants from the airways, reduce inflammation, and support the lungs’ natural detoxification and recovery process.

We hope these sessions can give our first responders a place to breathe, recover and take care of themselves after spending so much time taking care of everyone else. Please share with your beloved first responders.
