In honor of the season and celebrating Thanksgiving, we practice gratitude. Practicing gratitude allows us to create a habit of seeking and finding the good in our life. Off the top of your head, answer the prompts below:
Something that makes you smile?
Something that makes you laugh?
A challenge you worked through?
Someone who helped you?
A memory that you cherish?
These are just a few opportunities where we can feel the joy that gratitude can provide. ✌️❤️🧘♀️

Bittersweet to wrap up teaching sound healing for the 2021 YTT of Joy of Yoga Wildwood Yoga & Wellness on a beautiful late summer afternoon in the park. It’s been a precious journey over the last 6 months to share the sacred science of mantra with this wonderful group.
How perfect that we ended with mantras in praise of the bodhisattvas, Goddesses Quan Yin and Tara, embodiments of enlightened activity. We chanted for the healing of all global suffering and for universal liberation from attachment and outcome. Sharing my painting of Mother Quan Yin whose grace blessed me with two sweet daughters.
Om Mani Padme Hum.
Om Tare Tuttare Ture Swaha

I love invoking the dynamic energy of the warrior goddess Durga and the transformational energy of the fabulously fierce goddess Kali. Staying connected to inner guidance and inner goddess is crucial for me through the chaos and the calm.
Being empowered and effecting change is my mantra and I am so grateful today for the group chanting I lead at the yoga teacher training of Joy of Yoga Wildwood Yoga & Wellness

One of the beautiful rewards of offering sound healing is to open my eyes and find everyone sound asleep 💜
Grateful to teach sacred mantra and lead group chanting in praise of Lord Rama at Joy of Yoga/Wildwood Yoga’s yogateachertraining today.
Heart centered is what I reach for as a mother, a doctor, an advocate, transcending the fear and uncertainty of our current times.

By meditating on "Rama Rama Rama" (the Name of the Divine), my Mind gets absorbed in the Divine Consciousness of Rama, which is Transcendental.
