Aerobic works tends to get skipped over when people think about getting stronger.
But...it matters. It helps your recovery and stamina (and a whole host of other things) beyond just your heart & lungs.
It's why we intentionally program lower intensity work throughout the week -- because fitness isn't just a short term thing; we're in it for the long haul.

Sunny weather definitely helps, but to be honest, it's a lot easier to smile when you've got good people around you!
