We're entering week 3 of our front squat cycle -- last week before a deload!
When we say we're a strength & conditioning gym, we mean it! We have dedicated days, EVERY WEEK, where the focus is purely on lower & upper body strength.
Mixing & matching strength work won't get you far, so at 540, we make sure each progression will leave you feeling fitter & stronger.

Congrats to our July Committed Club winner, Dwight!
If you know Dwight, then you know the gym wouldn't be where it's at without all his help. He's currently on an 18 month streak of 15+ classes per month!

You don't just want "gym" fitness.
You want a fitness that carries over to whatever challenges you want to undertake, like jumping into a 5K or 10K, playing basketball, golf, or whatever activity you choose.
We encourage our members to get outside their comfort zones and put their gym time to good use outside the walls of 540 Fitness.
