WE NEED ALL OF THE APPLAUSE FOR OUR CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: MEGAN ⚡️🎉

“Over the last year and a half, I’ve lost over 100 lbs, but the biggest transformation has been finding my strength, confidence, and consistency. Having a gym that truly motivates and supports me has made all the difference.

Flight has become my home. The trainers are incredible, they push me, encourage me, and believe in me every step of the way. I tear up thinking about a few of them and the impact they’ve had on me. And the fellow Flight members? They’re just as amazing. The energy, support, and community here keep me showing up and giving my best.

I’m so grateful for this place and the people in it. Here’s to feeling strong, staying committed, and continuing this journey together in 2026.”
