2026 INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIC DAY

The Official Theme: "You Can Do This! Let’s Move"

This year's campaign is part of an ongoing joint initiative by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the World Health Organisation (WHO). It focuses heavily on encouraging young people to overcome self-doubt, step past feelings of imperfection or hesitation, and take their very first step toward physical fitness.

Key Pillars of Olympic Day
1. Move: Engaging people worldwide in physical activity, exercise, and mass running events
2. Learn: Educating communities about the foundational Olympic values of excellence, friendship, and respect
3. Discover: Inviting people to try out new sports and fitness activities they have never experienced before.
