As we head into the colder months, we've made a few adjustments to our timetable to help you stay on track with your fitness goals this winter. ❄️💪

𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬:
❌ No more 18:30 classes
🍑 Bums & Tums will now take place on Tuesdays at 8:30am (previously 9:00am)
🔥 Saturday classes are back! Join us every second Saturday at 8:30am. Saturday classes are included in Full Packages, or you can join for R50 per class.

💻 NEW! 30-Minute Online Personal Training Classes
Perfect for those days when you can't make it to class but still want to get your workout in.
