Today, we’d like to ask our Blak Fitness Circle family to take a quiet moment to remember two incredible guys — Hendus & Wade. 🧡
Remember the laughs, the jokes, the energy they brought into a room, and the kindness and friendship they shared so freely.
They may no longer be standing beside us, training with us or making us laugh, but the memories they left behind are still very much part of our community.
So sometime during your day today, take a moment for Hendus & Wade. Think of a funny memory, a workout shared, a conversation, or simply the kind of people they were.
Friendly. Kind. Energetic. Funny. Loving.
Some people leave footprints that time simply cannot erase. 🧡

A massive GOOD LUCK to our BLAK Fitness Circle ladies — Lizelle, Stacey & Lizelle — taking on the Tough Tiddies Competition this weekend! 🔥
They’re not only stepping onto the competition floor to test their strength, fitness and determination, but also to support an incredible cause — Breast Cancer Awareness. 🩷🎗️

Ladies, remember:
🔥 Keep going when it burns.
💪 Compete to WIN.
🩷 Don’t give up when it gets tough.
😅 And when your body says “NO MORE”… politely remind it that you already paid the entry fee.

Give it EVERYTHING you’ve got. Lift heavy, move fast, breathe somewhere in between, and most importantly — enjoy every second of it!

🎀 OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH 🎀

At Blak Fitness Circle, strength means more than what we can lift. It’s about the strength to fight, support, hope and stand together. 🩷

From 5–9 October, we’re challenging all our members to add a little (or A LOT 😜) of PINK to their workout gear! 🩷💪

Pink shirt? ✅
Pink socks? ✅
Pink tutu? We won’t judge. 😂
Head-to-toe pink? Even better!

Let’s fill the gym with pink while showing our support for those fighting, those who have fought, the survivors, and those we remember. 🎀

Because at BLAK, we may train as individuals, but when it matters, we stand together as one community.
