Week 7 update time.

Wat n week... Was vinnig by Aardklop, slaai en al. My hot take vir die week is mens kan steeds die lewe geniet al is jy op n eet en oefen program... dus die moeite werd om die aanpassing te maak.

Ek het ook my official halfway inweeg sessie gehad met n twist... so far so good... 12 kg af en nog 5 en n halwe weke oor.

So ons is terug en ek het my week afgesluit met my laaste twee sessies by Renewed Fitness in die gym.

Mense as jy in Brakpan en die omliggende omgewing woon en jy het nog nie n draai by Renewed Fitness gemaak nie mis jy uit. Ek is bly ek het, hul vriendelike diens, top fasiliteit en gewilligheid om jou met jou fitness journey te help maak dit net so lekker en maklik.
