BICEPS 101 💪
Not every curl is created equal. Different movements hit different parts of the bicep, helping you build fuller, stronger arms instead of just swinging dumbbells around like supermarket packets on pension day. 😅
Here are 4 solid bicep exercises to include in your next arm session at Ruan’s Gym:
• Barbell Curls
Build overall bicep mass and strength.
• Hammer Curls
Targets the brachialis for thicker looking arms and better grip strength.
• Preacher Curls
Helps isolate the bicep and improves muscle control.
• Incline Dumbbell Curls
