South African endurance talent is taking on two major international circuits this weekend 🇿🇦

At Circuit Paul Ricard, Axcil Jefferies and Xolile Letlaka will compete in the International GT Open Pro-Am field, with South Africa’s David Perel also in action.

Over at Misano, Kelvin van der Linde and Jordan Pepper will fly the South African flag in the GT World Challenge Europe at Misano.

This is a team who genuinely lives and breathes motorsport.

The team is built largely around the Giannoccaro family, and that family element gives the team a really different atmosphere. There’s competitiveness there, of course, but also a lot of pride, trust, and years of shared passion for racing.

South Africans once again delivered strong results on the international endurance racing stage this past weekend 🇿🇦

At Mugello, Nick Adcock scored second place in class in the European Endurance Prototype Cup alongside co-driver Michael Jenssen. Racing against a field of 36 identical Nova Proto NP02s, the pair managed demanding tyre degradation and intense 34°C heat to bring home another podium result 🙌🏼

On the other side of the globe in Brazil, Sheldon van der Linde and his BMW M Team WRT teammates finished sixth in the Hypercar class at the FIA WEC 6 Hours of São Paulo in the No. 20 BMW M Hybrid V8 🔥

Congratulations to Nick and Sheldon for continuing to represent South African motorsport on the international stage 👏

Before anyone lines up on the grid, there's plenty of work to do. Practice gives teams the chance to fine-tune their cars, while qualifying sets the grid for Saturday's six-hour endurance race.

It's also one of the best times to soak up the atmosphere, explore the paddock, and watch the teams preparing for the weekend ahead.
