Boccia SA is non for profit sporting organisation in South Australia, established in 2012, has recently been re-established in 2021.

Boccia is a skillful, exciting and strategic sport that was developed specifically to cater to people with varying levels of physical impairment. Providing pathways through to Paralympic competition. Boccia is a truly inclusive sport that can be enjoyed by all!

Heading to BANT? Here’s what’s happening on Wednesday 28 October!

• 12pm: Boccia Australia AGM
• 12:30–3:30pm: Registration and check-in
• 1–3pm: Equipment check and scheduled court training
• 3–5pm: Purpose and Values Workshop
• 5pm: Opening Ceremony and Boccia Australia Awards

Athletes must attend check-in in person to confirm their inclusion in the draw. Collect your credentials before equipment check or training, and wear your uniform for the group photo at the Opening Ceremony.

Please check your email for the full bulletin, including allocated equipment check and training times. If it hasn’t arrived, check your junk/spam folder.

Day #5 & 6 of the OLBIA 2026 WORLD BOCCIA CHALLENGER, was the Teams & Pairs, where Kaitlyn is teamed up with Lachlan and Dylan.

On Day 5, they had 3 games. The first game against the Netherlands, they lost 4-7. In the second game against Italy, they lost 15-4, and then in the third game against Spain, they lost 1-14

On Day 6, they only had one game against Ukraine and sadly lost 1-7. Unfortunately, the team did not earn a medal

That wraps up the Challenger; now the team can recover before going to BANT next week. Stay tuned for all of the action from BANT at Canberra, where we will have our biggest team at Nationals since 2017.

Today is the start of Teams and Pairs at the OLBIA 2026 WORLD BOCCIA CHALLENGER, where Kaitlyn is teamed up with Lachlan and Dylan.

All of their games are on the live-stream court. The first one is at 6pm, the second one is at 9:30pm, and then the final one is at 1am tomorrow morning. You can watch Team Aussie by going to https://www.youtube.com//streams

This is the first time in a long time, that we have had an Australian BC1/2 team at an international competition, so excited to see how the team goes.

Unfortunately, Kaitlyn did not make it to the finals of the individual competition.
