A big congratulations to Marco Nigro on being selected for Melbourne Victory Youth Premier League U13’s squad!

Marco has trained with us in our Saturday High Performance Programme for the past two seasons and has joined us for many tournaments. He’s a talented player, and we’ve loved having him represent SDC.

What means just as much to us is the effort Marco and his family have put in. They make the trip from Shepparton every Saturday to train with us. It’s a huge commitment, and Marco has shown that same dedication every time he steps onto the pitch.

We’re so happy for you, Marco. You’ve earned this opportunity, wishing all the best!

Day 2 in Osaka, Japan 🇯🇵⚽️

Four games played today and a fantastic experience for the boys. They were especially proud to show off their names on the back of their customised Japan Tour shirts.

Thank you to UCAN SPORTS for the customised uniforms for this special trip. We’re making memories the boys will carry with them for years to come.

Appreciation Post | Vu
We don’t normally do individual appreciation posts, but every now and then it’s important to recognise the people who have a big impact on what we do.

Vu has been with SDC for many years now, and his commitment to the programme has been incredible. He genuinely cares about the players, the environment we create and what we are trying to build together.
We’re very lucky to have people around us who share the same ideas, standards and commitment. That’s a big part of what makes SDC what it is today.

For us, success is what happens every day, creating a healthy, positive and competitive environment where the kids enjoy coming to training, want to improve and keep pushing themselves to be better.

Vu is a big part of that.

Thank you, Vu, for everything you do and for being such an important part of SDC. Here’s to many more years of working, growing and enjoying this journey together.

A great competition for all our teams and plenty of good experiences for the boys.

This year we had 10 teams competing; two U8s, two U9s, two U10s,one U11s, two U12s and one U13.

Proud to see all our age groups reach the semi-finals of Division 1, with four making it to the final:

🥈 U8 Oriol > JCL 1 Runners-Up
🏆 U10 Oriol > JCL 1 Champions
🥈 U11 > JCL 1 Runners-Up
🏆 U12 Oriol > JCL 1 Champions

Proud to see the boys competing at a high level while representing the values we want to see every time they step on the pitch, togetherness, respect, effort, commitment and resilience.
