If you want to improve your badminton skills, build more efficient and consistent game techniques, and lower your risk of injury through proper movement and stroke mechanics, our Adult Training Program is a great fit.

Training Time: Thursday, 7:30–9:00 PM (Intermediate level)
$45 per person

Training Focus:
• Core fundamentals: power generation, shot consistency, and correct stroke technique
• All-round development: footwork, movement patterns, timing, and fitness integration
• Combined technical and footwork training to help you become a more complete and confident player on court

Class Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 players to start a class
• Maximum of 5 players per group

This ensures small-group training for more personalised coaching, better feedback, and higher quality court time.
