Altona Magic Soccer Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Director to lead the next chapter of our football journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the club’s football philosophy, mentor coaches, oversee player development and build a clear pathway from our Mini Magicians through to Senior Football.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a minimum Football Australia B Licence (A Licence preferred)
- Has proven experience developing players and coaches
- Can implement a club-wide football philosophy
- Is passionate about creating a positive, high-performance football environment
- Wants to leave a lasting impact on one of Victoria’s most ambitious community clubs
