Dear Members,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (election of office bearers) of the Altona Cricket Club Inc. will be held at:

Altona Cricket Club

Grant Reserve Civic Pde, Altona

Wednesday 27th May, 7pm start

Invitations are hereby requested for all positions on the Altona Cricket Club committee. Anyone wishing to nominate for a position must do so in writing by emailing the secretary to request a nomination form. (email address – [email protected])

If the club fails to fill all positions at the AGM this will seriously compromise the ability for the club to function in season 2026/27.

Additionally at this meeting two Life Membership nominations will be considered.

If you cannot attend the meeting and wish to vote or nominate; please complete the attached forms or request a proxy and/or nomination form from the Secretary (via email [email protected]).

Proxy and/or Nomination forms are to be received by the Secretary on or before Monday 25th May 2025, forms can be submitted by email ([email protected]), or by hand on the day.
