We’re excited to introduce Hollie to the Circle Square team 👋
Hollie is a warm, people-focused coach with a Certificate IV in Fitness and over 10 years’ experience working in a client-facing role as a hairdresser, including years running her own business.
That experience has shaped what she’s great at: building trust quickly, helping people feel comfortable, and creating a welcoming environment where participants can engage at their own pace.
Have you met Hollie yet, or would you like to train with her in 1:1 or small groups?

Industry Experience Week with are-able Employment Services 👏
This week we hosted an Industry Experience Week with are-able, and it was one of those days that reminds you why community partnerships matter.
We gave participants a behind-the-scenes look at how a fitness facility operates, what different roles can look like, and how our team found their way into the industry.
It was hands-on and interactive, equipment try-outs, mini challenges, games, and plenty of laughter.
The best part was seeing confidence grow in real time, with participants stepping into activities they wouldn’t normally try.
One of the Are-able team shared they’d never seen this level of engagement from one of the participants before.
If you’re a local service and would like to collaborate on an experience like this, send us a message.
What kind of opportunities would you love to create for your participants?

We’re officially open 🎉
We’re Circle Square, an NDIS-friendly, all-abilities movement and social hub in Delacombe.
We offer supportive 1:1 and small-group sessions focused on movement, confidence, independence and social connection, in a calm, sensory-considerate space.
If busy gyms or loud environments haven’t felt like the right fit, we built something different: welcoming, structured, and paced around the person.
If you’d like to learn more or see if we’re the right fit, send us a message and we’ll point you in the right direction.
What support are you looking for: 1:1, small groups, or both?
