Greetings Shinkyokushinkai, Family and Friends. Shinkyokushin Isami Dojo has pushed out 2,277 push ups in our first week for Headspace. We set a goal of raising $1,000 - we are already at $755!!! Thank you to everyone that has already donated. Help us break through our goal and we will crank out more push ups.

Isami dojo supported Shinkyokushin Damashii Dojo at the Vic Opens. The tournament was massive with many dojos and students attending. Everyone put in an amazing effort and it was a very well run tournament. Thanks to all the supporters and helpers. Congratulations to all that competed. We’re proud to bring back the Ballarat One Match for its 3rd year running — and this year is shaping up to be our biggest event yet.

This tournament continues to grow, bringing together fighters, families, and the wider community for a day of discipline, respect, and high-level Kyokushin competition.
