A special training was had last night in our preparation for the Victorian State Championships this weekend. Some of the South Australian Team dropped in on their way to Monash Uni to train with us. Tarl Sensei ran a careful program so as not to cause any injuries or strains leading up to our competitions. A special thanks to our SA colleagues and to our regular club members for putting in to support our team. Gambatte!
