Our ladies Bronze Pennant team played Bulimba at RQ on Friday, and had every reason to celebrate after a hard fought 3/2 victory. The win secured a well deserved runner-up finish in the Friday Bronze Pennant competition. Congratulations, ladies!

Meanwhile at Redcliffe, our Silver Pennant team battled tough conditions and a strong Sandgate side, eventually going down 5/2. The ladies will play their final match against Keperra at RQ next week, and we wish them all the very best.

The members draw had a pretty good story too! After arriving a bit late and missing out on getting his name down for Sip n Chip, young Jacob’s luck turned around when he won the members draw, on his 13th birthday! Well done Jacob!! 🎉

Our Friday Silver Pennant team took on Royal Queensland at Wantima last week in a match that went right down to the wire. With the teams finishing tied on 3.5 points each, it was a fantastic effort from our ladies who fought hard all the way to the final putt.
Next week, our Silver team will face Sandgate at Redcliffe, while our Bronze team takes on Bulimba at RQ.

Kate Seymour has won the 2026 Women’s Flo Buck Cup with a net total of 147 (77–70), edging out Tomi Mohr ocb who also finished on 147 (69–78).

Pennant update for our ladies teams.
The Friday Bronze Pennant ladies had a great win, defeating North Stradbroke Island 3/2 at Wynnum. With only one match left to play in two weeks, the team is currently sitting in second place. Well done ladies! 👏
The Friday Silver Pennant team battled the hills at Ashgrove but went down 2/5 to Redcliffe. They’ll be back in action this week taking on RQ at Wantima. Good luck ladies! 💖
