The 2% shift.
To earn a ticket to be in the draw for the win, members needed to achieve a 2% positive change in body composition. A true reflection of consistency, commitment, and showing up when it counts.
Today we recognise everyone who hit that benchmark ✅
Body composition is important, and absolutely worth celebrating but it’s only one piece of the bigger picture.
Overall winner of the challenge will be drawn at random and announced tomorrow in studio at 6:10am

Results are in! Awards are here and tonight is all about celebrating you.
Collectively stronger. Collectively leaner. Collectively locked in.
This challenge was built around you. Whether your focus was Lifestyle, Transform, or Perform. For some, it was about building better habits and routines that carry into everyday life. For others, it was about changing their physique and pushing for real transformation and for some, it was about performance. Training with purpose and gearing up to compete, with a few of our crew taking on HYROX Brisbane this weekend.
This wasn’t just about the outcome, it was about the effort, the consistency, and the way you all showed up for each other week after week. That’s what made this one of our best challenges yet.
Tonight we recognise the work. Not just the results, but everything that went into them.
