Stripped m7 thread in Shimano st 8020 lever body. Repaired with aluminium insert, bonded in. M5 thread in the inside to then take the MTB bleed screw and cup instead. has also had luck with this repair

Another nice horsie saved from the tip, hurt in friendly fire: riding buddy's handlebar smashed on top tube resulting in delamination and crack.
Carbon repair and closest paint match in 2k.

That always pesky chain drop! Carbon repair, a creative paint job, and a new crank, and this lovely Look is ready for the road again.

Sometimes instead of jumping on the last shiny thing, you just need to fix that old good friend. All carbon and paint work done in-house, stainless steel inserts so cable rub doesn't mess the frame again, suspension work, and new wheels, and it was ready for what we heard was a gruelling Cloudrace!

Damaged thread in this linkage assembly. Bored out the old damaged thread and machined an insert to repair. The tricky bit was the very tight clearance on the inside of the link which meant a countersunk shoulder was needed to stop the insert pulling out over time. You can see the shoulder sitting flush in the second photo.
