Did you see him showing you how to do Desk stretches ?
That was our newest exercise physiologist/Rehabilitation consultant, Ciaran!
Even though Ciaran just joined us, he has over 10 years’ experience in the field.
Ciaran is a morning person that loves to exercise, kick back and watch a movie, just not marvel movies. Ciaran is a big fan of arts and culture. And loves to listen to anything from our Aussie popstar Kylie Minogue!
Ciaran is a very loving and caring person with a big heart. If you need any proof, he adopted a rescue cat who he loves dearly. He also loves his mums famous chicken pie and would happily eat this for the rest of his life.
When we asked Ciaran to describe himself in one word, his word was radical. Which makes sense, if he was stuck on a stranded island with only a good tent, sunscreen and a great book he would be a happy man. But he would miss the people he is most grateful for, his family!
Ciaran we are all so happy you are on the TRS family and look forward to watching you grow. We know you will do great!
