As the end of the financial year approaches, we’ve been taking a moment to reflect on the Long Run To Inclusion and everything it became.

This photo, taken in front of Parliament House, captures the end of the run… but more importantly, it captures the community behind it.

Because this was never just a run.

Whether you ran, volunteered, donated, cheered us on, or followed the journey, you were part of something meaningful. A group of people coming together to create real opportunities for young people with disability.

Together, we raised over $130,000. That impact is already being felt across our Academies at Hotel Etico, as young people build the skills and confidence for a life of independence.

But what stays with all of us the most is the spirit of this group. The encouragement, the energy, and the shared belief.

As we close out the financial year, we simply want to say thank you again.

This community exists because of people like you. ❤️

How The Big Meeting is breaking barriers around social and sexual safety for people with disability Since 2022, The Big Meeting has brought people together to break the silence around sexuality, consent and violence against disabled people.
