I’ve been a coach and trainer for almost 20 years, and I’m the owner and founder of Familia Fitness

If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know I’ve been a little quiet on this page. Life has looked pretty different over the last few years.

I’ve had two beautiful boys, two C-sections, put on more weight than I ever expected, and had to completely rethink what health and fitness looks like for me.

For a long time, fitness was my career, but it was also my identity. I used to train like an athlete. I honestly thought I’d bounce straight back after having kids.

I couldn’t have been more wrong.

This page isn’t about six-week transformations or pretending I’ve got it all figured out.

It’s about sharing what realistic health and fitness actually looks like after having kids. The wins, the setbacks, the lack of sleep, the busy days, the mindset shifts, and everything I’m learning as I rebuild my strength and confidence.

I’ll also be sharing practical advice along the way—not just from the perspective of a busy mum trying to make it work, but as someone who’s spent two decades helping people improve their health.

If you’re trying to find your way back after kids, or you’re simply looking for a more realistic approach to health and fitness, I’d love to have you here.

Ellie you were the best dog anyone could ever ask for. You were loved by so many, and were
a once in a lifetime dog.

Before there were babies, and partners, and before life got too serious, it was me and Ellie against the world.

We travelled to so many places together. You were the best running partner and avid gym dog.

You had an incredible 16 years, full of life and adventure.

I love you so much Smelly Ellie.
You can rest now ❤️🐾
