In honour of Tom and to celebrate the life of the great man, we will once again complete one of his favourite sessions, the famous ‘Seb Coe’. We invite everyone down to the Tom Kelly Athletics Track (125a George St, Doncaster East VIC 3109) tomorrow, Tuesday the 15th of September. Please meet at the start line from 6pm to commence the warm up, with the session to start at 6:30pm sharp.

Congratulations to Shakira for her World Junior’s campaign, making it to the semis in the 400m hurdles!! Shakira ran 59.97 in the heat to place 4th and finished 8th in the semis with 60.56. 💪💪

Shakira’s progression this season has been phenomenal, dropping her pb earlier this year to 58.54 at the Aus Champs. Whilst this might not have been the result you were after Shak, it’s an honour to see you represent aus in the green and gold, and we know you’ll be back out again on the global stage soon 👏👏

A huge congratulations to Jamison on her incredible World Juniors Campaign. Competing in two events at just 16 years old is quite literally mind blowing 🤯 and so were her results. Jamison placed 4th on the heats of her 100m hurdles with a new PB of 13.64 and 4th in the Pole Vault (4.35m) 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I just thinkkkkkk we might be seeing Jamison on the international stage in the future 👀

A huge congratulations to Deb Garden who finished 9th in the W40 800m at the World Masters Championships at Daegu, South Korea. Deb represented New Zealand at the competition and crossed the line in a time of 2:31.41! 🔥 Even a 33 degree day can’t stop incredible results from Deb!

A shoutout to her coach Matt Shiel for preparing and supporting Deb for this event Athlete Sports Performance!

What a run from Abbey Caldwell, claiming gold in the women’s one mile in a time of 4:39.31!! Could not have ran a better race, AND LETS TALK ABOUT THAT LAST LAP!!!!! 🔥🔥
