Today, Mid West Sports Federation was pleased to coordinate a CPR Refresher Course for our sporting Clubs and Association members to refresh their lifesaving skills ⛑️

The knowledge and confidence gained through CPR and defibrillator training can make all the difference in an emergency, and we are committed to supporting our sporting community with opportunities like these 🙌

A huge thank you to Linda for delivering such an engaging, informative and welcoming course. Your passion and ability to make everyone feel comfortable while learning such important lifesaving skills was greatly appreciated 👏
