The event locations include the town, Champion Bay, the Moresby Ranges, rural farm/homestead settings, and riverside venues. Meeting on the grass just near the multi use center at Stow Gardens for a lovely North/South Jaunt along the iconic Geraldton foreshore. Flat and fast should be fun.

Sunday 16th August Spalding park.

Back to our informal home of Spalding park. Mixed surface, some gravel some path but all fun!!!! The 12km course loops right back to the start line for the second lap.
Weather is looking great this weekend. Hope all that did Backroads last weekend have dried out and cleaned the mud off, I know my white running shoes may never be white again!!

Its a special week this week. Its the third championship race of the season and its a memorial run for former Harriers champion Kerry May.
Those who knew Kerry as a person or ever raced against her knew she was a force a nature. She battled cancer for over ten years with the same determination with which she approached life. So when your legs are tired and you lungs are screaming this weekend, remember the grit Kerry had and dig in!!!

This week is a bit of a drive but worth every second of it. Often one of the favorites. A challenging run, which has one of the steepest climbs on the calender., so pack your mountain goat legs!!

Huge well done to all who came to Nukara and gave it a go, great to see so many tackling the longer distances, and didn't the weather turn it on for us.
This week we are back in town meeting at the surf car park at the bottom of Swan Drive in sunset. I nice flat blast heading south to the Marina then returning north back to Sunset. Weather looking great at this stage.
