COMMUNITY NETBALL CARNIVAL - 17 OCTOBER

Netball Northern Territory has organised a Community Netball Carnival at Territory Netball Stadium on Saturday, 17 October 2026.

The carnival is about creating another opportunity for girls to stay active, play alongside their friends and enjoy being part of a team at a time when staying involved in organised sport can become more challenging.

Teams will compete across:

// Year 7 Girls
// Year 8 Girls
// Year 9 Girls
// Year 10 Girls

Schools have been invited to get teams together, but you don't have to represent your school to play!

Get your friends together and create your own team.

Teams should enter the appropriate school year division, with players able to play up one year level where needed to help form a team.

~ Walking Netball ~

Walking Netball will also be part of the carnival, with two divisions:

// 16–49 Women & Girls
// 50+ Women & Men

Get your friends, family, colleagues or community together and form a Walking Netball team.

~ Save The Date ~

// Saturday, 17 October 2026
// Territory Netball Stadium
// Morning Session // 9:00am – 12:00pm
// Afternoon Session // 1:00pm – 4:00pm
// $150 per team (incl. GST)

Team registrations open Monday, 7 September.

Whether you're representing your school, getting your friends together or forming a Walking Netball team, we'd love to see you on court for the Community Netball Carnival!

Supported by the City of Darwin.
