✨ FIRST BARRE at ACTIVE+ ✨

Barre is coming to Active+ and we are SO excited to share this with you!

This is your invitation to try something a little different — our very first Barre class, led by two of our absolute favourites: Lily and Deb.

Barre blends ballet-inspired movement with Pilates and strength work. It's graceful, it's challenging, and it is genuinely one of the most feel-good workouts you will ever try. Whether you've never done it before or you've been waiting for this moment — this class is for you.

📅 Saturday 10 October
⏰ 9:15am - 10:00am
📍 Active+ Studio in Yarrambat
