I'm was happy to hit a 2 rep pb and get the Master of Sport rank. This is the only second time I've done this type set.
First 10 minutes = 60 reps, 2nd 10 minutes = 59 reps, last 10 minutes = 83 reps

Backyard workout instead of the normal gym workout.
Normally, I do long cycle intervals with 36s as my main set. So I split apart the jerk and clean to increase the density instead of using the heavier Bells.
