Today is Father’s Day 🇦🇺

Heading into peak week for our first comp of the year, I was just doing my posing practice when I caught one of those little moments that reminds me exactly why I never stop.

This is my reason. My girls.

They’re the reason the discipline stays when motivation disappears. The reason I keep showing up. The reason I keep pushing to become a better man, a better father and a better example.

Bodybuilding is something I do — but being their Dad is who I am.

And this is exactly why I coach longevity and lifestyle, not just quick transformations. Learn how to train, eat, stay healthy and live a lifestyle you can actually sustain while still being present and happy with the people who matter most.

To all the fathers out there especially the dads I’m lucky enough to coach:

Do it for your kids.
Do it with purpose.
Give them an example worth following.

I’m proud every single day that my girls get to call me Dad.

They’ll probably never fully understand how much they keep me going.

Proud of this guy! 🤝 I remember when I first met Storrs Ualesi. I’d heard how physically powerful he was but that strength had also landed him in trouble with the law. He had so much potential he just needed the right discipline and people around him.

I knew I had to step in and help protect that potential. More importantly, I knew the right people in my corner would guide him, support him and help bring out the best in him.

One day I’ll be back, my USO. Until then, keep shining and inspiring your community. People might forget many things but they’ll remember the impact you made on their lives.

Heres a update at 6 weeks out from first show of the year! Victoria IFBB Champs & will keep moving from there to the main show of this Prep in October in New Zealand where it all started!

Its been a tough prep but mentally strong and spiritually got me moving forward till the day 🤝

It’s crazy how life works. Sometimes opportunities come without you even knowing they’re on the way. I just keep showing up, putting in the work and staying consistent. You never know who’s watching or who believes in the person you’re becoming.

11 weeks out.
An unplanned competition but the body keeps moving in the right direction. Every day, it’s reminding me why I trust the process.

New Zealand, I’m coming home to where it all began my very first IFBB show.

This prep is going to be different. I’ll be sharing the real side of bodybuilding prep the highs, the lows, the sacrifices and everything in between.

Bodybuilding has tested my mindset in ways no other sport ever has. It’s taught me discipline, patience, resilience, and the power of showing up every single day, even when no one is watching.

These exercises focus on strength, stretch and control the key combination for growing your glutes.

1. Trap Bar Deadlift – Maximum glute contraction and power.
2. Hyper Extension – Wide stance hyperextensions are underrated for glute growth. Control the stretch, drive through the hips and squeeze at the top
3. Hip Thrust – Barbell hip thrusts are one of the best exercises for building glutes. They load the hips directly and keep constant tension on the glutes through every rep.

Consistency & focus on progressive overload!
