Meet Caoimhe ✨
When Caoimhe first came to me, she had fallen out of her routine. She wanted to get back into the gym, drop body fat, and actually feel good doing it.
She’d worked with a coach before and had been down the low-carb road, going from 0 to 100 in a matter of weeks, which left her exhausted, depleted, and feeling like she was constantly failing herself.

If you hate the gym, this is for you
I used to be where you are and I know that’s a bit mad to think, a PT that hates the gym?
9 years ago prior to building this career, I joined the gym and hated it.
My ego was attacked, I felt silly bcos I didn’t know what to do.
It felt so overwhelming.
But once I had a plan, and something to work off - knowing I was doing it right. It made a massive difference

6 years ago, I dreamed of being where I am now
I cannot believe it’s actually been SIX years since I graduated from a degree I hated and started building this life. What a journey 🥹
& not without struggle, uncertainty & doubts.
But i would do it all again tomorrow if it meant i got to live this life & do what i do 🧡✨
