Last main training pre-bye and it was bathed in sunshine ☀️. A short, sharp, productive hit-out.

Vigo & Unwin spent half the session with the main group & the other half running with Guelfi. McMahon also did a couple of slow run throughs.

McGrath trained fully in the no-contact fluro cap. Sharp and Artemis were fully integrated into training.

Caldwell was back on deck & completed a solid volume of running at a fairly steady tempo.

Jordan Ridley and Harrison Jones didn’t train today after completing a session yesterday.

Clarke’s return has been pushed back to post bye, he did not train today.

The session had a high emphasis on moving the ball quickly from d 50, making the ground wide and minimising the number of disposals needed to get it forward. It looked efficient and purposeful – Kondo particularly with some great speed along the wing.

Sharp looked like he hadn’t missed a beat, McKay continues to look increasingly comfortable in his new role up forward and Perko again looked strong and confident.

As usual Caddy stayed out long after everyone else had left, practising shots on goal from all angles.

One more challenge awaits on Saturday before the well-earned bye - Let’s see if we can keep our little winning streak v Melbourne alive 😈💙❤️
