• Monday — 6 PM @ Beresfield Pool (12 Oct – 14 Dec)
• Tuesday — 6 PM @ Lambton Pool (13 Oct – 15 Dec)
• Thursday — 6 PM @ Lambton Pool (15 Oct – 17 Dec)

Every single one of you has shown courage, joy, and heart by jumping into FunFit Water Polo, whether it was your first session, your first game, or your first time backing yourself in the water.

These photos capture moments that exist because you showed up, you tried something new, and you trusted the process (and sometimes trusted me when I said “just give it a crack, you’ll be fine”).

I’m incredibly proud of this community and the confidence you’ve built — not just in the pool, but in yourselves.

Charlestown Heated Pool • Sunday • Session 8

Sunday we wrapped up Session 8 of our Term 3 program at Charlestown Heated Pool, and what a beautiful way to finish the term. The energy, the smiles, and the confidence in the water were everything.

💦 What We’ve Learnt Over the Past 8 Weeks
A full run‑through of the skills we’ve built together:
• Body position — staying tall, balanced, and in control
• Protecting the ball — using your body first, ball second
• Picking up the ball — clean lifts, no hesitation
• Swimming with the ball — control, rhythm, and awareness
• Passing technique — strong legs, stable hips, confident release
• Shooting posture — power from the legs, accuracy from the core
• Goal defence positioning — where to sit, how to support your goalie, and defending as a team
• Reading play + communication — talking, supporting, and moving together

Every week you’ve shown growth, courage, and connection — and it’s been a pleasure coaching you all.

Your favourite Monday morning Water Ball crew is back for Term 4 — and we’re ready for more laughs, movement, and connection in the 25m pool at Lambton.

🗓 Session Details
• Mondays — 9am
• Lambton Pool (25m)

Think of it as a fun blend of netball + walking water polo, played in waist‑deep water so it’s gentle on joints and perfect for all fitness levels.

National Water Polo Day — FunFit Come & Try Recap!

This morning at Lambton Pool, our ladies got a taste of the FunFit version of water polo — the one with no contact, no pressure, no competition, and maximum laughter.

And honestly… they crushed it.

So good seeing all those new faces jumping in, giving it a go, splashing around, and realising water polo doesn’t have to be scary — it can be fun, social, and full of chaos in the best way.

A massive shoutout to our dedicated regulars who showed up to support the newbies. Your encouragement, smiles, and “don’t worry, we all started like that” energy makes FunFit what it is — a community, not just a session.

💙 Confidence.
💚 Connection.
💙 Laughter.
💚 And a whole lot of FunFit flavour.
