Black Dog Combat Centre Community based Combat Sports Centre. We not only do a number of Combat Sports and self defence, we work with youth to help provide tools for emotional regulation and mental health support.

The dates for the next CounterPunch have been confirmed.
We will start working with the young people from Friday 7 Aug 4-5pm.
There have been a couple of spots open up for this one. So if you are interested, or know someone that could benefit, reach out and let us know.

If I find that any of our members attend any of this crap, you will no longer be a member of our gym.
Remember fule 4 of the gym,
NO FIGHTING OUTSIDE THE GYM.

Understand this, if you attend and participate, or attend and watch, you condone this. Our gym is not, will not and will never support it. If that is what you think combat sports is about, you dont belong with us.

So tonight we had Jake at Battle in the Hills 4.
Really good bout against a tough opponent.
Jake did well and listened to the corner.
He come away with the win and he showed why he belongs in the ring.
