NO WIN TONIGHT FOR BRENNAN
🔴⚫️🔴⚫️

Tonight Brennan might not of got the win against a great more experienced opponent, but boy did ya make some heads turn tonight mate!

After been dropped to the body like that in the 1st round, to come back they way you did against a great opponent in the next two rounds and dominate the last round the way you did in only your 3rd fight in the Elite class just shows you’ve got all the makings and such a bright future in the sport.. Chin up mate, I’m sure you will both meet again further down the track… Big thanks goes to Coach Carter as always, big respect mate.. Thanks to coach Al for helping in the corner along with the big support we have from the gym, it is much appreciated!

Next Saturday let’s all get down to the final BWA show of the year and support Kobi finish out a big year for the club 🥊

BRENNAN TAKES THE WIN IN A GREAT BOUT
🔴⚫️🔴⚫️

Well done to Brennan tonight on winning the Pound 4 Pound title in an action packed fight against a very good opponent…
This was only Brendan’s 2nd ever fight without the head guard tonight and was also his first ever a 5 rounder.. which you couldn’t tell by his performance, in a bout that saw the momentum over the 5 rounds swing in his favour as the fight wore on.. Brennan took the win in a super tight contest, winning a split decision 3-2..
Well done mate, your hard work in the gym has been rewarded tonight! Super proud of you..

Thanks so much to Coach Carter and Rinto as always tonight.. Along with the great support from the gym too, it is much appreciated!

A special mention though must go to Coach Carter as the work not only you put into the whole fight team but Brennan this past few weeks doesn’t go un noticed mate so couldn’t be happier for you getting the success mate..
Your always getting the job done!

Anyway onto the next one now for the team next week and then the following week, so a busy finish to the year

2 WINS FROM 3 LAST NIGHT
🔴⚫️🔴⚫️

Well done to the team yesterday on another massive long day of boxing..

First in for us was Lokman backing it up fighting for the second time in consecutive days against another great opponent.. Lokman took hope the win in a decision win that saw him take that nice Golden gloves belt home with him… top stuff mate 🥊

Up next was big brother Hasan our team captain against a great opponent we knew was going to bring a non stop fight from the opening bell… This was the case, Hasan though joked a great fight landing some lovely punches throughout all 3 rounds taking a unanimous decision.. well done mate 🥊

Up 3rd for us was Yusuf, also in his second fight for the weekend… Great in and out boxing all 3 rounds mate and very unlucky not to get that win going down in a split decision loss!
Chin up mate, keep the ball rolling as you boxed fantastic🥊

Also just a mention to Josh Kovacs who represented our gym in the masters division with coach Pep yesterday taking out the win… well done mate..

Along with our mate from Boxing Victoria Chris Conboy who we looked after again.. Chris took out the open golden gloves state title and went back to Victoria with a nice belt round his waist… well done mate 🥊

Massive thanks as always goes to Coach Carter, hats off to you mate 🥊 with the help of his team of coaches that’s growing all the time with Coach Rinto, Allen Louis & Megan… your hard work and dedication doesn’t go unnoticed!
Finally to all the amazing people that came down to the support the club over the last two days 🥊
