What better way to mark this special milestone than with the Friday morning crew by your side! We absolutely adore how Jenny brings such warmth, energy and connection to every class. She knows everyone, makes everyone feel welcome, and is such a beautiful part of our Fortè family.

Lisa is one of those people who walks through the door with the biggest smile, brings the best energy and is always ready to give it her all. She is such an inspiration to everyone around her and we absolutely love having her as part of our Studio Fortè family.

✨ LION’S GATE 8/8 — AN EVENING TO REMEMBER ✨

What an incredible evening we had yesterday! 🦁✨

Our beautiful members came together to celebrate the Lion’s Gate 8/8, slow down, connect and create some much-needed space for themselves. And what a magical way to end our challenge! 🤍

We began the evening with the beautiful Laurel from Modern Ritual Yoga who guided us through a calming meditation before Ally introduced us into a special Lotus Tea Ceremony. 🌸🍵 It was such a beautiful way to pause, be present and set our intentions.

The Lion’s Gate 8/8 is traditionally seen as a powerful time for reflection, transformation, abundance and new beginnings — making it the perfect opportunity to let go of what no longer serves us and create space for what’s ahead. ✨

We then settled in for an incredible sound healing with Ally from ᴀʟʟʏ ꜱᴏʟᴏᴍᴏᴜ | ᴠᴏᴄᴀʟ ꜱᴏᴜɴᴅ ᴊᴏᴜʀɴᴇʏꜱ 🕯️✨ The candlelight, beautiful sounds and vibrations created the most peaceful and magical atmosphere. Ally, your voice truly is like an angel! 🤍

A huge thank you to Laurel and Ally for sharing your beautiful gifts with us and making the evening so incredibly special. We are so grateful you both came along and helped create a night to remember. 🫶🏼

And of course, a massive thank you to all of our wonderful members who joined us. Thank you for showing up, embracing the evening and allowing yourselves to relax, reconnect and simply be.

What a beautiful way to finish our challenge — celebrating everything we’ve achieved with connection, stillness, healing and a little bit of magic. ✨
