"On belay?" "Belay on." You say it before every single climb, without even thinking about it.
When was the last time you did that same check-in on your own headspace?
CAWA is proud to partner with Act Belong Commit, Australiaβs longest-running mental health promotion campaign. Their Mental Wellbeing Quiz takes about 10 minutes. It's not a test, there's no pressure, just a chance to pause and see how you're really tracking. You'll walk away with simple, practical ideas to feel more grounded, on the wall and off it.
Take the quiz today at actbelongcommit.org.au/quiz or scan the QR code above.
Look after your headspace the way you look after your systems.

Big congratulations to Isaac Foley and Emily Wood, our 2026/2027 CAWA Scholarship recipients.
Isaac won the Novice Scholarship, Emily the Experienced Scholarship, each awarded $1,500 to put toward gear, training, travel, or courses that advance their climbing over the next 12 months.
Both were chosen for their clarity of goals, drive, and the impact their journey can have on the WA climbing community. Excited to see what you both achieve.
Thank you to all who submitted; until next year!
