Works will commence soon on some upgrades to facilities at Flynns Beach.
🛠️ Construction Timeline:
• Start Date: Early-mid April 2026
• Completion Date: Early July 2026
• Scheduling: Planned to avoid school holiday periods

📢 Flynn’s Beach – Amenities upgrade
Improvement works are planned for the amenities at Flynn’s Beach, delivering upgraded and more accessible facilities for the community.
🛠️ Construction Timeline:

Note: Timelines may vary depending on weather conditions
🚻 During construction the existing amenities will be closed. Temporary bathroom facilities will be available onsite to ensure continued access for beach users.

🌈 This weekend we stood proudly for inclusion, community and connection at the Rainbow Beaches Launch event in collaboration with Lifesavers with Pride and supported by Port Macquarie Hastings Council and Regional Australia Bank. It was a fantastic day with lots of community support for the Pride Panel, Paddle out, Pride Patrol, Colour Run and Club Open Day.
And even though the weather and the swell were not presenting us with fantastic conditions, the smiles on the faces and the positive energy were certainly there as we spread the message that everyone is welcome between the red and yellow flags and that Port Macquarie Surf Life Saving Club is stronger for having a diverse, inclusive member base.🤙

Thank you Port Macquarie News for sharing our Rainbow Beaches Launch event that was held today in collaboration with Lifesavers with Pride and supported by Port Macquarie Hastings Council and Regional Australia Bank. It was a fantastic day with lot of community support for the Paddle out, Pride Patrol, Colour Run and Club Open Day.
