Today, we remember the courage and sacrifice of the Australian New Zealand Army Corps who served and gave their lives in time of war.

Advising that the Surf Club is closed for one week whilst work is being carried out, from 20th April to 24th April.
All Yoga classes (with the exception of Thursdays) will return from Monday 27th April.
The Thursday class will return from Thursday 14th May.
My sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

Please join me in celebrating Australia Day, Monday 26th January, with a Yin Class at 5.30pm in the Surf Club Flynns Beach.
The 10.30am Vinyasa class on both Friday 23rd and Monday 26th are cancelled.

A reminder that ALL daytime classes will now start at 10.30am
