Macquarie University Cricket Club

As it is no longer possible to record historical matches on PlayHQ, MUCC subscribes to Cricket Statz which is an advanced online statistics and results management system designed for cricket clubs. It is our aim to ultimately have every match MUCC has ever played on Cricket Statz.
Here is an example of a match which should be of interest to some big name players from the 1970's. It is the B Grade Semi Final from 1977-78 between MUCC and Epping District Cricket Club.

MUCC Charcoal and MUCC Grey continue on their winning way, while MUCC Red a little unlucky in close loss.

And Twenty Years On!

In early April 2006, our 4th Grade team led by Paul McInnes won the 4th Grade Premiership by defeating Burwood at Alan Davidson Oval.

Macquarie Uni 5-169 - ( Mark Hughes 81, Paul Chapman 41 ) defeated Burwood 168 - ( Paul Chapman 4-21, John Sutton 2-33 and Tim Spencer 2-45 )

Thirty Years On!

In early April 1996, our 1st Grade team led by Tony Monaghan won our 1st premiership in 1st Grade, by beating Holroyd in the Final at Weldon Oval.
